A Key to the Armoire

I love antiques, and whenever we do road trips, stopping on little towns here and there to visit antique stores is among the highlights of any trip. Stopping in Selma, North Carolina, was no different. Fantastic stores, great scores, and a lovely train station that belongs in a movie set! Plus, it was the town where Vick’s Vapor Rub was invented!

Susana Fernandez | A Key to the Armoire

I had forgotten to share with you these pictures that I took in Fernandina Beach and Amelia Island on my way to Williamsburg, so here they are. Amelia Island is an island that belongs to Florida, near Jacksonville. It’s downtown is called Fernandina Beach and it is a quaint little town full of Victorian homes. Because it takes about 7 hours to reach Jacksonville from Miami, this is a good day to stop when leaving the state.
